- Material Specifications: All materials used are AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
- Feeding Mechanism: In the feed, 4 spirals, 4 gears, and a 1.5 kW motor are used. It is driven by a reducer with adjustable speed (d/min), controlled via inverter from the PLC screen.
- Feeding Chamber Surface Options: The feeding chamber and augers should not be sandblasted. Alternatively, Teflon coating can be preferred.
- Mold Outlet Options: Two different mold outlets can be replaced with a bolted system to form tongue or cecil cheese dough.
- Water Temperature Control: With the PT100 sensor, the water temperature on the supply wall can be controlled from the PLC screen.
- Water Heating System: The water on the wall of the feeding chamber is heated by a pipe serpentine system with a steam supply controlled by a pneumatic valve.
- Steam Energy Recovery: The water vapor condensed in the system is discharged via a trap for steam energy recovery.
- Conveyor Belt Drive System:
The conveyor modular belt system is driven by a reducer (… kW, … d/min), and its speed can be controlled.
- Water Filtration and Circulation: A coarse filter is located in the lower water pool of the conveyor, and the drip water is circulated with a pump of … L/h capacity.
- Cutting Table Material: PE1000 material is used for the cutting tool table.
- Cheese Length and Cutting Control: Cheese lengths can be controlled from the PLC screen by timing with the encoder system and a stainless cutting knife connected to a pneumatic piston.
- Conveyor Mobility: The conveyor includes 2 idlers and 2 lockable wheels.
