Hard Cheese Steam Cooker Set
Used to produce hard cheese by steaming the curd which is produced in tanks. It is used in the production block-type melting, hard and semi-hard kashar cheeses.

Technical Specifications

- Material: Fully constructed from food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. - Capacity Options: Available in 100 kg, 300 kg, and 500 kg models. - Application: Designed to produce hard and semi-hard cheeses (e.g. Kashkaval) by steaming curd that has been formed in fermentation tanks. - Steam Heating System: Steam is applied both in the external jacket and directly into the product via six nozzles. Steam pressure is maintained at 3 bar absolute. - Mixing & Heating Coils: Bidirectional coils provide uniform heat distribution and efficient mixing inside the batch. - Control & Safety: Top-cover safety sensor halts operation if opened; PLC-enabled recipe automation with temperature and process controls. - Outlet Mechanism: Adjustable product discharge cover operated by lateral pneumatic piston. - Filtration & Valves: Steam inlet is via a 1 ½″ pneumatic valve, steam filtered through 1‑micron filter, exhaust via ¾″ valve open to atmosphere. - Platform & Access: Machine mounted on stainless steel platform with IP65 electrical panel; includes perforated operator walkway for comfort and safety.
