Cream Cheese Machine
While the machine provides a cutting/homogenizing effect with its high-speed blender blade system, effective mixing of the product is ensured with the help of the mixing arm. Pasteurization is done to 90°C with the steam or hot water jacket of the system. Odor stabilization is provided by vacuum application during pasteurization. The product, whose pasteurization is finished, is taken to the balance tank and the filling process is started. The filling can be done by manual or automatic machines.
