Cheese Stretching Machine
This machine operates on the principle of transferring heated salted water to the curd via a pump, where the curd is gradually transformed into a stretchable pulp. The plasticized curd is then conveyed to the outlet by augers, ensuring uniform texture and proper stretching. Designed for pasta filata cheese types such as mozzarella and provolone, the machine is constructed from food-grade stainless steel.
