Cecil Cheese Fibrousing Machine
A pneumatic, food-grade stainless steel machine engineered for producing fibrous cheeses such as chechil (Cecil) and tel. The machine automatically compresses cheese paste on an inlet conveyor, guides it through a pneumatic compression band, and cuts it to the desired thickness using a specialized rake or wire system. It delivers a consistent texture, low production cost, and hygienic operation. Controlled via PLC and easily cleanable.
